All Tasks is a fast-capture task manager backed by Notion. You fire in tasks as raw notes — Claude parses them into structured fields. High-confidence tasks go straight to Notion; ambiguous ones land in Review for a quick check before saving.

Type anything — Claude figures out the title, priority, area, project, time estimate and deadline. Press ↑ Capture task or hit Ctrl/Cmd + Enter. The input clears immediately so you can queue the next task while Claude processes in the background. Recent captures update live below the button — a spinning indicator means it's still processing, ⚡ means it went straight to Notion, → means it's waiting in Review.

Tasks that need a human check land here. Edit any field before approving. The badge in the header shows how many are pending and flags failures in red. Approve all → saves everything in one go and reports any that failed. Failed tasks stay in the list with a red border and ↺ Retry button — they persist across sessions so nothing is lost.

Shows all non-done tasks from Notion, grouped by area. Tap any card to update its status or priority. Use the filter bar to search, filter by priority/status/area, or show only overdue tasks.

✦ Flesh out — scans for vague tasks and sends them to Review with suggested rewrites.
⊕ Compile — scans for duplicate or overlapping tasks and proposes merges.
☑ Select — enters selection mode so you can bulk-update status/priority, or run Flesh out / Compile on a specific subset.
✦ Deep dive (star icon on a card) — opens an interactive chat to clarify a task and write structured notes back to Notion.
⊕ Break down (on large tasks in Review) — splits a task into 3–5 sub-tasks.

Drag tasks onto a day of the week to schedule when you'll work on them. Scheduled days are saved back to Notion in the AI Notes field and shown as a badge on dashboard cards. Use this to turn your priority list into a realistic weekly plan.

Store your Notion token, Claude API key and database ID. All keys are saved locally in your browser only — never sent anywhere except the respective APIs. Also contains a live email digest preview of your current Critical/High tasks.

A Cloudflare Worker sends a daily 7am summary of Critical and High priority tasks. Work digest goes weekdays only to your work email (via Outlook forward rule). Personal digest goes every day.
